ipseblep is the creator, and controller of all in the ipseblep verse. that includes alternate universes located within the ipseblep verse. it is also used as a sona, usually drawn with dark circles under their eyes if that is the case. a fourth wall breaking menace, and despite being quite young mentally, ipseblep isnt to be reckoned with due to their impulsivity. they are the "boss" of newton and zei.
